The coffeehouse card classic: take the pile with a matching card or a jack, and make a pişti.
About this game
The coffeehouse card classic: take the pile with a matching card or a jack, and make a pişti.
From the corner coffeehouse to a waterside mansion on the Bosphorus, you play Pişti against three regulars at three tables. Play a card of the same rank as the top card, or a jack, and the pile is yours; take a lone card with its twin and that is a pişti. Wins open the next table, and in the Daily Hand everyone plays the same deal that day.

How to play
- Play a card of the same rank as the top card to take the whole pile. A jack takes any pile.
- Take a lone card with its twin for a pişti: 10 points. A jack taking a lone jack is worth 20.
- At the end each jack and ace is 1 point, the two of clubs 2, the ten of diamonds 3, and most cards earns 3 more.
- After the last card, what is left on the table goes to whoever made the last capture. At 26-26 nobody gets the most-cards points.

Tips
- Do not waste a jack on a small pile; save it for when the table is full.
- On an empty table, lay a card your opponent is unlikely to hold: if most of its rank has been seen, a pişti is unlikely.
- A glowing card in your hand can take the pile.
Questions and answers
Is it free?
Yes, you can play it for free. There are no ads inside the game.
Do the opponents cheat?
No. The opponents only know what you could know too: they never see your hand or the order of the deck. The hard table's opponent counts the cards that have been shown and weighs the odds.
How long is a match?
A match is one deal of the whole deck, six hands of four cards, and takes 3-5 minutes. The higher score wins.
