About this game

Turn the cards two at a time and find the matching tea glasses, cups and spoons in few moves.

In Glass Memory the cards lie face down on the copper tray of a tea garden, and you turn them two at a time: matching pictures stay face up, anything else turns back and you keep its place in mind. There are tulip tea glasses, glasses with handles, coffee cups, cups in brass holders, spoons, a teapot, a coffee pot and a jug. The four Tea Garden tables grow from 12 to 24 cards; in Twin Glasses the same glass comes in two colours and only the same colour and corner mark match, on tables of up to 36 cards. Stars depend on your moves, and today's table is the same for everyone.

How to play

  1. Tap a card, then another one: two cards are one move.
  2. Matching pictures both stay face up; otherwise they turn back after a moment (your next tap turns them back at once).
  3. Matches in a row multiply the points and a quick finish adds a time bonus; the stars only look at your moves.
  4. In Twin Glasses the same glass comes in two colours: check the colour and the corner mark, only the exact pair matches.

Controls

  • Tap or click: turn a card
  • Hint button or H: shows two matching cards you have already seen (+2 moves)
  • Keyboard: arrows pick a card, Space or Enter turns it
  • P or Esc: pause

Tips

  • When you turn a new card and have seen its partner before, turn that one next; if not, try another new card.
  • Scan the table row by row: the places are easier to remember.
  • With twins, the corner mark (circle, triangle, square, diamond, plus, star) is the easiest way to tell the colours apart.

Questions and answers

Is it free?

Yes, you can play it for free. There are no ads inside the game.

If I replay a table, are the cards in the same places?

No. The cards are shuffled again every time, so there is no layout to learn by heart. Only today's table is the same for everyone that day, and it counts once.

Does it work on my phone?

Yes. It is made for one hand in portrait mode: just tap the cards. On a computer use the mouse, or the arrow keys and the Space bar.
